Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Renewal Reset, coaching time is reserved specifically for you. To honour that commitment, the following policy applies to all individual and group sessions.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication, are counted as used and are not refundable. This allows us to protect the time that has been set aside for your work.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice using your original booking link or by contacting us directly.
Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will be treated as a late cancellation and counted as used.
Coaching Packages
For coaching packages, sessions cancelled within the required notice period may be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled late or missed without notice are counted as part of the package allocation.
Extenuating Circumstances
We recognise that unexpected situations can arise. In the case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss appropriate arrangements. Any flexibility offered remains at our discretion.
